"At the party I called [Gretchen] cute a couple of times.  She let Slade know this was not OK, and he thought I was jealous of her.  Hmmmm.  First of all, I know cute is a four letter word, but when did it become a "FOUR LETTER WORD"!?! Gretchen and I had a few nice moments together when we went to the bathroom (OK, that sounds weird, but you know what I mean) so, when we got back to the table, I was genuinely enjoying her company.  Tamra had scared me so badly about all the ladies before the party, I was relieved that I was getting along with everyone.  So I said she was cute!  BTW, she is cute.  I meant it as a compliment.  For the record Sladey-Slade, I had a great time in my 20s and 30s.  I'm very excited to be in my 40s and I'm in a great place in my life.  I have no desire to go backwards...
